Mrs. Minnie Paul died January 17, 1938. When her will was offered for probate by her daughter, Sadie Brow, in the probate court of Wayne county, objections were filed, and the proceedings were certified to circuit court. On trial by jury the contestants had verdict and judgment was entered thereon disallowing probate of the will. The sole ground of contest was that Minnie Paul was mentally incompetent at the time the will was made. Proponent has appealed.(1) Burden of proof.
