R.S. 14:64 (count one); aggravated flight from an officer, a violation of La. R.S. 14:108.1 (count two); hit- and-run driving (when a victim suffers serious bodily injury or death), a violation of La. R.S. 14:100(0(2) (count three); and manslaughter, a violation of La.
