PER CURIAM.*

I,The state charged defendant, together with her son Demond Calloway, with the illegal possession of stolen things valued at more than $500 in violation of La. R.S. 14:69. A six-person jury acquitted De-mond but found defendant guilty as charged. The trial court subsequently denied her motion for a post verdict judgment of acquittal and sentenced her to *418three years imprisonment at hard labor.
