OPINION DENYING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO REMAND
DAVIDSON, Chief Judge.
Presently before the Court is the Plaintiffs’ motion to remand this matter to the Circuit Court of Clay County, Mississippi. Upon due consideration, the Court finds that the motion should be denied.
