A volunteer assistant coach on a girls softball team sustained injuries when she was struck in the face by a bat that slipped from the hand of the volunteer head coach during a softball drill. The injured assistant coach and her husband appeal the trial court’s summary judgment dismissing their claims against the head coach and the softball association.
