This is a workers’ compensation case in which appellant, Jessica Neal, suffered an admittedly compensable injury on May 8, 2006, while working for Sparks Regional Medical Center. The parties agreed that appellant injured her shoulder; however, they disagreed about a neck injury, and appellee medical center denied that claim. In addition, appellant claimed entitlement to either temporary-total or temporary-partial disability benefits for the period May 10, 2006 to September 8, 2006.
