Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (Lalor, J.), rendered November 15, 1991, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (four counts), arson in the first degree (two counts), arson in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
