The Pittsburgh Board of Education (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board that affirmed a decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting the claim petition filed by Paul Schulz (Claimant), who sought benefits for a psychological injury he alleged to have received as a result of being hit on the side of his head with a heavy object while performing his duties as a teacher.
