Jimmie Lee Pouncey appeals a judgment and sentence committing him to confinement for 10 years upon his plea of guilty to a third amended information which charged him with the crime of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree. His only contention on appeal is that the trial court erred by denying his presentence motion to withdraw his plea of guilty because it was both coerced and equivocal. We affirm.
