On Motion for Rehearing.

We have the following comments to make regarding the matters assigned as error in the City’s motion for rehearing:(1) In various paragraphs of the motion, perhaps most directly in paragraph 28, the point is made that equitable relief against a contract, for mutual mistake of law by the parties to that contract, does not run *991against a municipal corporation, the powers whereof are specified in the law and open to all men, even 'though it may run between private individuals.
