Appellant, James Barham, appeals to this court for the fourth time alleging error in his conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 371 and § 471 for conspiracy to counterfeit and aiding and abetting counterfeiting. In Bar-ham’s first trial on these charges the jury deadlocked and a mistrial was declared. The second trial yielded a conviction which was reversed on appeal due to the government’s use of perjured testimony. United States v. Barham, 595 F.2d 231 (5th Cir. 1979).
