On January 27, 1922, Soren Christensen died as the result of an accidental injury sustained by him two days before while working as a miner for the Tintic Milling Company in *263a mine at Silver City, Utah. Application for compensation was made to the Industrial Commission by Peter Christensen, father of the deceased. Upon hearing the evidence, the commission made an award to Peter Christensen, payable in installments of $13.85 per week for a period of 90 weeks, or a total of $1,246.50, less $55.40 already paid.
