Tonella Hemmans filed a petition against her ex-husband, Kelvin Blue, seeking a change in child custody and child support. Following an evidentiary hearing, the trial court granted the petition, transferring sole physical custody of the child to Hemmans and directing Blue to pay child support to her. On appeal, Blue contends that the trial court abused its discretion in finding a change in condition sufficient to justify a modification in custody because several of the court’s key factual findings were unsupported by the evidence.
