On February 9, 1973, appellee (Robert H. Schreiner) was granted a divorce from appellant (Charlotte J. Schreiner). Robert was awarded custody of the couple’s only child (Tracy Kristine), who was three years of age at the time. Some six months later Charlotte filed a motion for change of custody which was heard and denied on October 24, 1973. Charlotte appealed from the judgment rendered on February 9 and the order overruling her motion for change of custody.
