Bristol County Water Authority ("BCWA") appeals a decision of the Rhode Island State Labor Relations Board ("RISLRB"), granting the petition of Teamsters Local Union No. 251 ("Teamsters") to hold an election regarding their bid to represent certain employees of the BCWA. RISLRB held that certain BCWA employees were properly included in a collective bargaining unit. BCWA argues that said employees should have been excluded pursuant to G.L.
