This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinaiy Administrator against Gregory M. Coggs, of Kansas City, Kansas, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas.

Five separate disciplinary complaints were filed against respondent alleging lack of competence, diligence, and communication, unreasonable fees, and conflicts of interest. A formal hearing was held before a hearing panel of the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys. The hearing panel concluded that respondent violated the KRPC in each instance.
