Continental Paper Grading Company, a corporation, filed a complaint against Howard T. Fisher & Associates, Inc. (hereinafter called the defendant) and Edwin H. Mittelbusher for a judgment declaring the rights of the parties under a written agreement made on April 9, 1948, and the determination of their rights thereunder involving the construction and application of the Illinois Architectural Act [Ill.
