On October 9, 1987, Jack Alvin Shields, Sr. (“Debtor”) filed his petition for relief under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 7 with attachments and schedules including Schedule B-4 listing property claimed as exempt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(l). On December 3, 1987, Patrick J.
