This matter came before the Court for a trial on June 20, 2017 (the “Trial”). Greg Taube appeared on behalf of Brookfield Global Relocation Services, LLC (“Plaintiff’) and Clifford Burnley and Christine Burnley (collectively, “Defendants”) appeared pro se.1 Having considered the testimony of Deborah Kelly, Mr. Burnley and Mrs. Burnley, the documentary evidence and applicable legal authorities, the Court now enters its findings of facts and conclusions of law pursuant to Fed.
