GORTON, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Ting Ji (“Ji”) is a model whose image was used in advertising home theater equipment. She sues White Pac-kert, Inc. (“White”), the photographer who took the disputed images, and Bose Corporation (“Bose”), the maker and advertiser of the equipment, for violations of her rights of publicity and privacy and for unfair and deceptive trade practices.
