FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
GEORGE KENDALL SHARP, District Judge.
This action, alleging a violation of constitutionally protected property rights by defendants, was tried before the Court without a jury. At the end of plaintiff’s case, the Court granted defendants’ motion for involuntary dismissal in accordance with Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
