Plaintiff Gary Ross, a correctional officer with Clayton County, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for Clayton County and the grant of summary judgment for the individual defendants in his civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 regarding his demotion from the rank of sergeant.
