Plaintiff, Olga Mirella Chavez Organista (“plaintiff’) brought suit against defendants John Vanos, Rosa Vanos and the conjugal partnership constituted by them (“defendants”). Jurisdiction is allegedly premised on diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff invokes this Court’s diversity jurisdiction based on her status of non resident alien and defendants’ alleged status of permanent resident aliens domiciled in Puerto Rico. (Docket 67).
