Before the Court is Defendant, Deloitte & Touche LLP’s (“Deloitte”), Motion to Dismiss, filed on June 29, 2007. Clerk’s No. 4. Plaintiffs, Herbert Thompson (“Thompson”), James Pinder (“Pinder”), Dorset Limited (“Dorset Ltd.”), and Sher-pam Investments Limited (“Sherpam Ltd.”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”), filed a resistance to the motion on July 17, 2007.
