OPINION OF THE COURT

De GIULIO, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was found guilty by a military judge sitting as *566a general court-martial of violation of a lawful general regulation (by blackmarketing) and making a false official statement in violation of Articles 92 and 107, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 907 (1982) [hereinafter cited as UCMJ], He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for ten months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and reduction to Private E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence.
