This proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act has been instituted by petitioner as a citizen to compel the removal of Dr. John E. Conboy as medical examiner in charge of the medical staff of the Board of Education of the City of New York. Petitioner moved for the relief demanded in the petition on the pleadings and affidavits.
