David Moore was convicted of two counts of robbery in the first degree, violations of § 13A-8-41, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 21 years' imprisonment.

Moore claims that the trial court erred in allowing the investigating police officer, Detective Richard Miller, to testify as to the victim's identification of Moore from a photographic array.
