The opinion of March 26, 2004, is withdrawn, and the following is substituted therefor.

On May 9, 2002, Marcus Dewayne Craig was indicted for two counts of first-degree robbery, violations of § 13A-8-41(a)(1), Ala. Code 1975. The two cases were consolidated on October 4, 2002.
