The appellant was tried on 6, 8, and 9 March 1993 by special court-martial composed of officer members. Pursuant to his pleas, he was convicted of failure to go to his appointed place of duty and operating a mo*653tor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of Articles 86 and 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice [UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 886 and 911. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of wrongful use of marijuana (under Charge IV) and indecent assault and indecent exposure (both under Charge V), in violation of Articles 112a and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a…
