Louis Benedict Gwin a/k/a Bill Red Cloud was convicted in federal district court 1 on two counts of embezzling money of the United States Government in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 641 (1982). 2 He received concurrent sentences of two years imprisonment and was ordered to make restitution in the amount of $9,973.
