Appellant, Corrections Products Company, Ltd. (CPC), appeals from the trial court’s confirmation of an arbitrator’s award in favor of Appellee, Gaiser Precast Construction (Gaiser). 1 In Issue One, CPC contends the trial court lacked jurisdiction to render a judgment under the Texas General Arbitration Act (TAA). See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. §§ 171.001-171.098 (West 2011).
