Nevas, Judge, dismissing their complaint seeking severance benefits from their former employer, defendant Emhart Corp. (“Emhart”), et al, under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
