In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent denying petitioner’s grievance concerning an incentive allowance for participation in a prison training program, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Benson, J.), dated October 25, 1983, which dismissed the petition.
Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
