The matter before the Court is the “Debtor’s Motion for Determination of the Applicability and Scope of Mission Product Holdings, Inc.’s Election Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365(n)(1)(B)” (Doc. No. 211) (the “Motion”) filed by Tempnology, LLC (the “Debtor”), the chapter 11 debtor-in-possession, and the objection thereto filed by creditor Mission Product Holdings, Inc. (“Mission”).
