This case was brought by the plaintiff, Catherine Gillespie, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her when an automobile which she was driving was in collision on December 18, 1950, with the automobile mentioned as a defendant, which was being driven by the defendant Dewey A. Ford; and Liberty Life Insurance Company was also made a party defendant upon the alleged theory that Ford was an agent or servant…
