Plaintiffs brought this action as administrators of the estate of Daniel C. Sehaff, deceased, to recover damages for the death of the intestate, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant. Following a trial before a jury, a verdict was returned for the defendant and judgment entered thereon.
