Suit was originally brought by the United States to condemn eight parcels of land in Cobb County, Georgia, for a National Memorial Military Park under the provisions of Sec. 2 of the Act of June 26, 1935, c. 315, 49 Stat. 423, 16 U.S.C.A. § 430u.
