This is 'a'presentment brought by the Attorney'General against the respondent, Frederick' W. Wakefield, charging him with unprofessional and improper' conduct in his office of State’s attorney. The respondent is an attorney of this Court, ánd, at all times material here, he was the duly elected and qualified State’s attorney'within and for the county of Chittenden.
