Plaintiff appeals from a decree entered in the district court of the twelfth judicial district, in and for the county of Hill.

On May 14, 1958, plaintiff brought an action for divorce upon the ground of extreme cruelty, and in his complaint he set forth that one child of the plaintiff and defendant was a minor and alleged that defendant was a fit and proper person to have the care, custody and control of the child and that he was willing to provide for the care, support, and education of the child and to make a reasonable property settlement with the defendant.
