*88This is an appeal by plaintiff from a divorce decree entered in the fifth judicial district of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Madison. The case was tried without jury by the Honorable Philip C. Duncan.
The plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as the appellant, filed for a divorce.
