I concur in so much of the proposed judgment as affirms the Circuit Court’s reversal of the Commission’s award for partial disability for the fact stands out that claimant is earning about a third more than before his accident and there was no evidence that without the injury he would be earning even more, and likewise no evidence that his present earnings are due to anything except his ability to work in somewhat similar employment to that in which he was engaged before the injury.
