This action was begun in May, 1911, by Thomas J. Way, Irvin Blanchard, and D/ S. Squires, a minor, suing by J. F. Brett, her next friend. The plaintiffs alleged that they were owners of and in possession of a certain 160-acre tract of land situated in Muskogee county, and that E. C. Bothwell had what purported to be a deed of conveyance from defendant Thomas Brown and his wife to the same tract of land, and that such deed was a cloud upon plaintiffs’ title, wherefore they prayed the cancellation of same and for an injunction against defendants from claiming any interest…
