This action was commenced in the district court of Carter county, Oklahoma, on the 3rd day of July, 1918, by plaintiff in error, Rena Billis Page, by her legal guardian, W. O. Wilkins, plaintiff below, against the defendants in error, Reuben M. Roddie and L. H. Akers, defendants below, to quiet her title to certain lands described in her petition, for possession of a portion of said lands, and for damages for the wrongful detention thereof by the defendants, in error. The parties will be hereinafter referred to as they appeared in the court below.
