I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Ashok Shah, a Michigan resident, brought this action against Defendant Nu-Kote International, Inc. (“Nu-Kote”) on December 30, 1994. Nu-Kote is a Delaware corporation which, during the relevant time period, maintained its principal place of business in Rochester, New York.
