ORDER

DOTY, District Judge.

This matter is before the court upon .the motion of defendant for summary judgment. Based upon a review of the file, record and proceedings herein, the court grants defendant’s motion.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Mason Motors Company (“Mason Motors”) is a Minnesota corporation in the business of selling automobiles. In 1981, Raymond William Mason (“Mason”), the president of Mason Motors hired Jo Nalls-Vanvleet (“Nalls”) to work in Mason Motors’ office as a bookkeeper.
