The plaintiff is a citizen and resident of the State of-Oklahoma. The defendant, Colonial Baking Company, is a Delaware corporation authorized to -do business in the State of Arkansas and maintains a place of business at 711 Parker Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The defendant, Arkansas Motor Freight Lines, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Arkansas and maintained a place of business in Fort Smith, Arkansas, until October 31, 1951, when it was dissolved and ceased to do business as a corporation.
