Plaintiff was a passenger in an automobile owned and operated by Marvin J. Koenigs when it was involved in an accident with *468another automobile owned and operated by Richard W. Travis. The accident occurred on October 18, 1958, at a street intersection in the city of Austin. On October 27, 1953, plaintiff, whose name was formerly Irene Durben, and Marvin J. Koenigs were married. Plaintiff subsequently commenced an action against Margaret Travis and Richard W. Travis as defendants.
