LEVINE, Justice.

Werner Kunkel appeals from a conviction of accomplice to possession of a con*209trolled substance with intent to distribute, based on a conditional guilty plea. Kunkel challenges the order denying suppression of evidence seized during the searches of the van in which he was riding and his home.1 We reverse and remand.
