MEMORANDUM OPINION

ERWIN, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the court upon defendant AT & T’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The parties have fully briefed their positions, and the matter is now ready for a ruling. The court grants defendant’s summary judgment motion with respect to the following issues: (1) the plaintiff’s racial discrimination claims under both Title VII and Section 1981; (2) the plaintiff’s racial harassment claims under both Title VII and Section 1981; and (3) plaintiff’s sexual harassment claim under Section 1981.…
