The Clinton Cotton Oil Company carried a public liability policy with the defendant-appellant, I-Iartford Accident & Indemnity Company, on its trucks and automobiles, .limited to $10,000.00 for injury to one person. The policy specifically excluded, among other things, liability for injury or death of any employee of the assured, arising out of, or in the usual course of, the assured’s business; and also excluded loss by liability accepted by the assured, in contract or otherwise.
